Seven Hills Foundation Family Support Specialist Athol, MA Apply ATHOL Family Support Specialist This position focuses on helping families navigate services, access flexible funding supports, and connect with community resources and opportunities. Experience in the following areas is especially valuable: Family support and resource navigation Flexible funding programs Supporting individuals with disabilities and their families Special education support or advocacy Leading self-advocacy or support groups Community partnership building Leadership or management experience Experience working with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Bachelor?s degree preferred.
