Our BCBAs have sustainable and attainable billable hour requirements. We offer monthly bonuses for those who would like to go beyond their monthly billable monthly goals in $500 and $1000 increments.

Requirements:

Board Certification in good standing, LABA, master's degree Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Initial and on-going assessments Create and keep clients' programs current Provide effective parent/caregiver consultation on a regular basis Complete FBAs and create behavior plans based on results Provide the necessary supervision to BT's Be kind, supportive and able to provide productive and effective feedback to BTs Communicate with administrators, parents/caregivers and BTs Attend peer-review meetings (clinical), all BCBA meetings, and all staff meetings Meet monthly with Chief Clinical Officer Complete session notes and other necessary documentation Collaborate with other providers
