FFS Pre-Licensed Mental Health Clinician The Women's Center for Healing East Longmeadow, MA Job Details Part-time $45,000 - $55,000 a year 3 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible schedule Qualifications Client assessment in therapy Clinic experience Diagnostic evaluation Full Job Description The Women's Center is seeking- Pre-licensed, master's level clinician with a degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work who are working toward independent licensure as an LMHC or LICSW in Massachusetts to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a part-time position with option to work up to full-time. Clinicians provide outpatient telehealth therapy to a diverse client base, inclusive of women and gender-diverse clients. We offer a strong focus on training, supervision, and professional development, supporting clinicians as they grow toward licensure, career advancement, and continued growth within our practice. Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
Therapy and Counseling:
Provide individual therapy to clients based on their specific needs and treatment goals.
Treatment Planning:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensure:
Pre-licensed, master's level clinicians actively working toward LMHC or LICSW licensure in Massachusetts. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health.
Skills:
Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
