Job Description
Licensed or License-eligible Clinician — Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after completing your first 95 days. Make Recovery Possible — One Person at a Time Recovery isn't a single moment. It's a series of turning points, and the right clinician is often the reason those turning points hold. If you want your clinical work to translate directly into people rebuilding their lives, this is that role. As a Licensed or License-eligible Clinician , you'll deliver evidence-based counseling and case management to individuals receiving medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). You won't do it alone — you'll work shoulder to shoulder with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and fellow behavioral health professionals to build treatment plans that support lasting recovery and whole-person wellness. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations. Develop, implement, and continually refine individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling grounded in evidence-based practices. Keep clinical documentation timely and accurate in the electronic health record. Track client progress and adjust interventions as needs evolve. Coordinate care alongside medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners. Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews. Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment when the moment calls for it. Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and community resources. Uphold all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including strict confidentiality. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Current Massachusetts licensure as
