Job Description
Come Join Our Growing Team! Rise's IHT program is growing and expanding, and we are seeking candidates for our In-Home Therapist position in the West Springfield area! Position Summary The IHT In-Home Therapist provides strength based, therapeutic treatment to a youth and their family in a home-based and community setting. The IHT works on a team consisting of a bachelors level therapist called a TT&S. Responsibilities and Duties Comprehensive, home-based behavioral health assessment inclusive of the CANS Risk management/safety planning Treatment planning Intensive Family Therapy Identification of community resources and development of natural supports for youth and parent/guardian/caregiver Coaching in support of decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations Skills training for youth and parent/guardian/caregiver Member outreach Receives weekly supervision from Licensed Clinician Conducts internal file audits to ensure compliance with MBHP requirements and Rise's standards Compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies All other duties assigned by Program Director Qualifications Education / Certifications / Licenses Master's degree in a clinical mental health field (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling) 2+ years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents, including trauma-informed care. Experience completing diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues, managers, and clients. Ability to solve practical problems, deal with a range of variables, and work in dynamic and sometimes chaotic situations. Have experience in using internet-based software, billing software, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other software, as well as the willingness and ability to learn them. Employees must be able to drive a car or find an accommodation that would fulfill the requirement of meeting clients at their homes within Massachusetts.
