Crisis Clinicians have the opportunity to gain comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills with a broad population, including children and adults! Work is fast-paced, but clinicians receive clinical supervision for each client seen by an experienced, independently licensed supervisor. Competitive salary plus $8/hour shift differential for working on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday-Friday 8pm-8am! The Hospital-Based Crisis Clinician works at South Shore Hospital Integrated Services and is integral to our mission of providing exceptional behavioral health services to our community. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with medical staff to triage and assess clients in need of behavioral health/SUD interventions. The clinician will be responsible for determining the appropriate level of care, delivering clinical interventions, and providing case management support.
