What You'll Do:

As a Therapist at Guidelight Health, you'll play a vital role in providing care for Adults and Adolescents in our PHP/IOP programs.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, and individual sessions Providing case management and crisis support Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care Helping clients on their journey to mental wellness using DBT, CBT, ACT, MI, and more

What You Bring:

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active Independent License in NC (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) 2+ years of experience in higher levels of care (PHP/IOP, inpatient, ER, residential) Confidence in facilitating group therapy A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Cultural humility and commitment to diversity and inclusion
