CTSA is seeking compassionate, motivated graduate-level counseling, social work, and psychology trainees for a paid clinical internship focused on trauma, anxiety, and integrative mental health care. About The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety, LLC The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety, LLC, is a growing multidisciplinary group mental health practice with a mission to be the premier integrative health and wellness resource for trauma and anxiety in our community. We have three locations (Bel Air, Nottingham/Perry Hall, and Cockeysville/Hunt Valley). We partner with our sister practice, Get Centered Wellness, in Bel Air to offer vibrational sound healing, therapeutic yoga, reiki, meditation, psychedelic assisted therapy, intensives, retreats, and more. Description About CTSA The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety (CTSA) is a growing, mid-size integrative mental health practice specializing in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, stress-related disorders, and whole-person wellness across the lifespan. We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families using compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic approaches to healing. CTSA frequently collaborates with our sister company, Get Centered Wellness, to offer clients and trainees exposure to integrative and experiential healing modalities including: Ketamine Assisted Therapy Breathwork Mindfulness & meditation Somatic interventions Therapeutic yoga Vibrational sound healing Wellness workshops Retreats & intensives This is an ideal opportunity for students who are passionate about trauma-informed, relational, integrative, and experiential mental health care. Position Overview CTSA is seeking compassionate, motivated graduate-level counseling, social work, and psychology trainees for a paid clinical internship focused on trauma, anxiety, and integrative mental health care. Interns receive hands-on clinical experience, high-quality supervision, and meaningful mentorship within a collaborative and growth-oriented private practice setting. Interns are viewed as valued members of our team and are expected to actively participate in the culture and community of the practice. What You'll Experience Interns have opportunities to: Provide individual, family, and group counseling services Develop clinical skills in trauma and anxiety treatment Gain exposure to somatic and integrative therapeutic approaches Participate in seminars, workshops, retreats, and experiential programming Collaborate with a multidisciplinary and highly supportive team Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, peer consultation, and case review Build confidence in documentation, treatment planning, and ethical clinical practice Receive mentorship focused on both professional growth and personal self-awareness Compensation This is a paid internship opportunity. Interns are compensated for direct clinical service hours using the following tiered structure: 1-10 clinical hours per week: $15/hour 11-15 clinical hours per week: $20/hour for each additional clinical hour beyond 10 hours/week Compensation is processed biweekly through the organization's standard payroll system. Who We're Looking For We are seeking students who: Are passionate about trauma-informed and anxiety-focused treatment Have strong interpersonal and relational skills Demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and emotional intelligence Are open to feedback, supervision, and continued growth Value collaboration and team culture Are interested in holistic, somatic, or integrative approaches to healing Can commit to a minimum of approximately 20 hours/week Are motivated to build and maintain a clinical caseload (10-12 clinical hours per week) Desire meaningful mentorship and long-term professional development We place a strong emphasis on cultural fit, clinical readiness, humility, and alignment with CTSA's mission and values throughout the selection process. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health field Eligible for internship/externship placement through your academic institution Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and documentation requirements Salary $15 - $20 per hour
