Job description: Another Way is looking to fill a position for a Full Time Counselor at our Opioid Treatment Program in Takoma Park, MD. We are a growing outpatient methadone/buprenorphine clinic that has been providing comprehensive care to Montgomery & PG county since 1993. We provide compassionate and evidence based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve. Patient Care is at the heart of everything that we do. Schedule Monday-Friday 5:15am - 1:30pm Occasional Saturdays 6:45am - 10:30am Benefits Package Salary range based off experience and credentials Merit based raises/bonuses Employer partial paid Health Care Benefits

plan with employer matching CEU/Education reimbursement Paid holidays PTO Package Responsibilities and Duties Intake new clients, completing bio psycho-social Formulates individualized treatment plans with clients Counsel clients, individually or in group sessions, to support them in their journey of overcoming addiction, adjusting to life, and making positive changes. Direct client service including individual, group, and/or family counseling Participates in individual/group supervision Attends treatment team and in-service training meeting Answer phones as needed
Education Requirements:
Must hold at minimum a Trainee status or higher with the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors, or hold a license with the Maryland Board of Social Work Accepting applications for
