- Evening IOP Towson, Maryland | Full-Time |
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday 12:30PM
- 8:30PM & Remote Friday |

- Build genuine, collaborative treatment alliances with patients, adapting to their evolving clinical needs
- Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP and OP levels of care
- Deliver engaging addiction and recovery education presentations
- Conduct assessments, case management, discharge planning, and coordinate with referral sources and other providers
- Partner with the treatment team to address co-occurring psychiatric needs
- Complete evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation that meets state and CARF standards
- Track and contribute to measurable outcomes — retention, attendance, program completion, and treatment goal achievement
- Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis (about one week, a few times per year) to support patients in crisis
- Bring your experience in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care into daily practice
- Represent Kolmac/CCG with professionalism and positive energy, in and out of session Direct patient care makes up roughly 55% of the role, depending on program needs. What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in the SUD field (group treatment experience a plus, not required)
- Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfort working in an electronic medical record system
- Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities — 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more
- A flexible, creative, team-first mindset, ready to grow with an expanding program
- If in personal recovery: minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety required (5+ preferred) Required Credentials (one of the following): CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, LCADC, LCSW, or LCSW-C (Maryland)
