Full-time Brain Body Therapy Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our multidisciplinary group of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders and other addictive behaviors, helping them on their journey toward recovery and improved mental health. Billing, EHR, clinical and administrative support including referrals and scheduling all included in a fee split structure as a 1099.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients, including justice involved clients, dealing with addiction.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of addiction and promote long-term recovery.
- Use evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to support clients.
- Collaborate with families, support systems, healthcare professionals and court systems to foster a holistic approach to treatment.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records and treatment progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Fully Licensed (LPC, LMSW, LLP).
- CAADC, CADC or Development Plan preferred.
- Experience working with individuals facing addiction and substance use disorders.
- Training or interest in getting trained in Brainspotting, EMDR or a Somatic Intervention preferred.
- Strong understanding of addiction treatment modalities and recovery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and crisis intervention skills.
