Job Description

SUD Therapist (LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP, LLPC/LPC with CAADC) needed to join our team in Paw Paw.
SUD Therapists:
Provide assessment and crisis response services for customers in need of or requesting SUD services. Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate individualized treatment and interventions. Provide crisis services, including counseling, linking, coordinating or referrals to other appropriate community agencies. Conduct SUD IOP services as needed. Collect customer urine samples and process in accordance with established procedures. Complete Review of Services/Request for Authorization forms and obtain any needed authorization for services.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with appropriate state licensure and appropriate MCBAP certification as Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor. Experience or supervised internship in therapy or counseling. Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills and ability to respond to crisis situations in a positive manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to be punctual, manage time and crisis situations flexibly & effectively, and demonstrate good judgment. Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Medical Record system. Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri) available. Salary range is $52,160-76,600/yr plus an excellent benefit package including an affordable, top-notch health/dental/vision plan, deferred compensation retirement plan with employer matching, employer-provided life & disability insurance, 12 paid holidays each year, and generous paid time off to promote work/life balance.
