A place not just for clients, but a place where therapists will experience these qualities as well. After experiencing other types of mental health outpatient clinics, we have the desire to help create an environment for employees that allows them to create the work/life balance that works best for them and their families. We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team, willing to work nights and weekends. The ideal therapist will provide compassionate care, a non-judgmental attitude, the ability to speak truth with increasing encouragement, and support individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. We believe that all people were created with value and deserve to be heard, seen, and known. We do have a large client base that want to work with a Christian faith-based therapist. Must be willing to work with this demographic. A large need is therapist who work with Children 7 and up in age. We are currently looking for LPC/LMSW, or
LLPC/LLMSW
who are licensed in the state of Michigan. Supervision is provided for LLPC's or LLMSW's.
Therapist must be able to:
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary
  • Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
  • Assist clients in managing behaviors and emotions
  • Conduct clinical research as needed
  • Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related field
  • State licensure as a Counselor
  • Proficiency in crisis management and intervention
  • Experience in chronic pain counseling
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9 coding
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques
  • Skills in group therapy facilitation
  • Understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy principles
