We are expanding and seeking a highly motivated, ethical, and professional LPC or LLPC who wants long-term growth, not just a job. ⭐ Who Thrives Here You will be a great fit if you are: Professional, reliable, and committed to strong clinical work Organized, timely, and able to maintain accurate documentation Compassionate with clients and accountable to the team A genuine team player who values collaboration over competition Eager to learn, grow, and receive feedback Interested in being part of a mission, not just collecting hours Willing to build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload This is not a good fit for applicants seeking minimal hours, short-term work, or high pay without professional responsibility. ⭐ What You'll Do Provide in-person individual, couples, family, or child therapy Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning Maintain ethical and timely clinical documentation Participate in team communication & case consultation Engage in ongoing learning and supervision (provided for LLPCs) Integrate Christian faith-based counseling when appropriate or requested ⭐ Qualifications Michigan LPC or LLPC Master's degree in Counseling/Clinical Mental Health Counseling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with children, teens, or adults Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches Ability to maintain a consistent schedule and caseload EMDR or Brainspotting highly desirable (or willingness to train) ⭐ What We Offer Flexible scheduling Consistent referrals —steady caseload growth LLPC supervision provided at no cost Register Play Therapy supervision if interested in pursuing your RPT Billing & admin support so you can focus on clinical work Warm, collaborative, supportive team environment Closed weekends and major holidays Professional liability insurance provided Opportunities for paid training & specialization Competitive pay based on licensure & experience Bonus Pay for clinical documentation compliance ⭐ Hours Part-time to start (minimum 10 client hours/week) Opportunity to grow to full-time Daytime, after-school, or evening shifts Saturdays optional In-person required, with some telehealth flexibility Ready to work in a practice that values professionalism, integrity, and growth?
