Job Description

Briarwood Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient practice in Saginaw, Michigan. This is a full-time, W-2 position. We are a family-owned and operated group practice dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care while fostering a supportive and flexible environment for our clinicians. Position Summary The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and couples counseling services to adolescents and adults in an office-based outpatient setting. Clinicians are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining timely clinical documentation, and delivering evidence-based mental health treatment. Responsibilities Provide individual and couples therapy to adolescents and adults in both in-person and telehealth modalities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Implement psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with other members of a client's care team as needed Participate in clinical consultation and collaboration as needed Maintain a minimum caseload of 23 client sessions per week Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice Qualifications Required Fully licensed in the State of Michigan as an:
LMSW LPC LMFT
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Commitment to providing ethical, client-centered care Preferred Experience providing outpatient mental health services Experience working with adolescents and adults A well-defined clinical niche Specialized training or certification in specific treatment modalities (ex.
