Job Description

Outpatient Therapist (LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP, LLPC/LPC) needed to join our mental health clinic team in South Haven. We believe in the value and dignity of the individual and maintain that the mental health of each individual enhances the quality of life of the entire community. VBCMH offers individual, family and group therapy in our South Haven office to youth and adults. Customers are believed to be the experts on their lives, families and situations and our therapists are there to help customers choose solutions to the problems they want to address.
Outpatient Clinicians:
Provide outpatient psychotherapy. Provide psychosocial assessment and crisis response services for individuals seeking services. Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered plans. Provide crisis services, including counseling, linking, coordinating or referrals to hospitals, police departments, jails and other community agencies.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Master's degree with appropriate licensure. Experience in therapy or counseling. Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills and ability to respond to crisis situations in a positive manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to be punctual, manage time and crisis situations flexibly & effectively, and demonstrate good judgment. Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Medical Record system. Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri) available.
