Full-Time | Days | 37.5 Hours/Week (Flexible Schedule) Position Overview

• Seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide outpatient mental health services to adults and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes. Requirements
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Active Michigan license (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP). Minimum 1 year of mental health experience (internship/fieldwork accepted). Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and with diverse populations. Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and treatment planning. Provide individual and group therapy services. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records. Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, and community resources. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case consultations. Compensation & Benefits
