Job Details Position Adult Outpatient Therapist Location:

Southgate, MI Job Type Full-Time, Permanent Schedule Days 37.5 hours/week Pay $27.22

•39.67/hour Pay Range by

License:

Fully Licensed (LMSW, LPC, LLP): $29.47

•39.67/hour Limited Licensed (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP): $27.22

•36.63/hour Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and mental health evaluations Provide individual and group therapy for adults Develop person-centered treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and community providers Complete timely clinical documentation Participate in supervision, team meetings, and discharge planning Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Active Michigan license: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience (internship/fieldwork accepted) Eligible to obtain QMHP credential within 120 days of hire Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Flexible Scheduling Paid Training Mileage Reimbursement Apply today to join a mission-driven behavioral health team making a difference in the Southgate community.
