Adult Outpatient Therapist (LMSW/LLMSW/LPC/LLPC/LLP/TLLP) (Also known as: Licensed Social Worker, Mental Health Therapist, Behavioral Health Therapist, Outpatient Therapist, Clinical Therapist, Counselor) 1. Position Overview Seeking a Full-Time Adult Outpatient Therapist to join our team.

Schedule:

Day Shift Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week Flexible scheduling available Some evening and weekend hours may be required 3. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and evaluations. Provide individual and group therapy services. Develop and maintain person-centered treatment plans. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, families, and community providers. Complete clinical documentation and records accurately and timely. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultations. Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care. 4. Requirements Active Michigan licensure (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP). Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness (internship/fieldwork accepted). Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5. Education Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. 6.

Certifications Current State of Michigan Licensure:

Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings. Experience providing therapy to adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.
