This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. Candidates may choose between a 40-hour schedule (five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days). Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction. Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements. Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.Requirements:
Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.Compensation:
This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000- $70,000 annually.
