  • Full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) Lakeview Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide in-person clinical services to adults at our Brainerd location.

Position Responsibilities:
Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions Conduct intakes and comprehensive assessments Develop and update individualized treatment plans Coordinate care and services across the continuum of care Maintain 245G-compliant documentation Ensure client safety and service quality Represent Lakeview positively in the community and with referral sources
Required Qualifications:
Licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) 12 contact hours in co-occurring disorders Free of substance use problems for at least two years (attestation required) Ability to pass a DHS background study Proficient in the 12 Core Functions of chemical dependency counseling Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
