Job Description

Job Overview Project Turnabout is seeking a licensed mental health professional to lead our Mental Health and Family Services programs. This leadership role oversees mental health clinicians and family counseling services while collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide high-quality, integrated care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership for Mental Health and Family Services across Granite Falls and Willmar locations. Supervise, coach, and evaluate mental health professionals, family counselors, and interns. Provide or oversee mental health assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family programming. Develop and enhance evidence-based mental health and family treatment services. Collaborate with residential treatment teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards. Assist with staff orientation, training, and professional development. Participate in leadership meetings and represent Project Turnabout in the community as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health field. Current Minnesota clinical licensure (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP, or equivalent). Completed required clinical supervision for independent licensure. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health and/or addiction treatment. Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy. Ability to pass Minnesota DHS background study. Must document at least two years free from chemical and gambling use problems. Excellent communication skills for client engagement and family collaboration across diverse populations. Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism using crisis management protocols.
