Full Job Description Responsibilities/Job Description:
Determines clinical interventions for MI and or SUD issues, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Accepts supervision and consultation with a licensed supervisor for the functions of this position in their clinical practice.Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Location:
UMMC West Bank, Minneapolis, MN- Adult Lodging Plus Required Qualifications Master of Science in psychology, social work, nursing, or closely related field.
Qualifications:
