IDEAL CANDIDATES
Ideal candidates will be independently licensed in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW). Preferred to have at least 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy services. Must have a strong interest in working with clients through a holistic framework. Must be comfortable providing services both in-person and via telehealth. Must be motivated, team oriented/collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment in an integrated health care setting.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide individual psychotherapy services; if licensed as a psychologist, ability to conduct psychological testing and provide supervision to unlicensed/pre-licensed practitioners as needed Participate in weekly group supervision with other licensed and unlicensed providers; attend monthly all-staff meeting Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Fluent in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and clinical presentations Experience working with individuals from marginalized communities and SPMI populations Experience providing trauma-informed care/services
