Job Description

Who We Are New Life Treatment Center (NLTC) is a 245G-licensed nonprofit organization providing substance use disorder treatment across southwestern Minnesota. Our Woodstock facility offers medical detox and residential treatment in an environment built on compassion, dignity, and the conviction that lasting recovery is possible for everyone. LADC We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide the following services in Inpatient - individual and group counseling, develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, and support clients in achieving and maintaining sobriety. $3,000 (ADC-T) and $5,000 (LADC) sign on bonus to be paid out quarterly over the year Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions
  • Facilitate educational and therapeutic groups
  • Coordinate care with medical and mental health professionals
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide crisis intervention (as needed)
  • Participate in team meetings and consultations
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards Qualifications
  • Licensed or able to be licensed as an LADC in the state of Minnesota
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Minimum of two years sobriety if the individual is in recovery
  • No current problematic substance use
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers in a team environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
