Job Opportunity:

Full-Time, Part-Time, Travel, and PRN available
Locations:
Missouri (Omnidirectional): Springfield, Columbia, Kansas City, and St.
Louis Kansas:
Greater Kansas City area
Clinic-Based Option:
1 Full-Time opening at our Springfield, MO clinic (Four 10-hour shifts, Mon-Thu)
Travel Positions:
In-state travel, with opportunities for multi-state travel as needed (MO, KS, OH, NE) [1, 2]
Compensation:

Clinical Scope & Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Psychotherapy:
Deliver evidence-based individual therapy to a diverse adult and geriatric population navigating mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and neurocognitive disorders.
Specialized Care Plans:
Formulate and implement personalized, non-pharmacological interventions that measurably improve residents' functional outcomes and overall quality of life.
Collaborative Advocacy:
Partner with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to cultivate a supportive, holistic environment for resident wellness.
Position Requirements Education & Licensure:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Must hold an active, unrestricted state license (LCSW, PsyD, or PhD) in Missouri and/or Kansas (or be eligible for immediate reciprocity).
Clinical Experience:
Proven experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations; familiarity with long-term care environments is highly preferred. Travel Flexibility (For Travel Tracks): Willingness to travel regionally or multi-state (MO, KS, OH, NE) based on caseload demands and facility needs
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
