This position blends the stability of high-utility, face-to-face clinic visits with the flexibility of telemedicine encounters. Our clinic utilizes an accessible multi-tiered financial framework. We accept traditional insurance, cash-pay clients, and CareCredit financing to serve a diverse local patient panel. We prioritize work-life balance for our clinicians. This role features an efficient four-day work week (Monday through Thursday) with 10-hour shifts, leaving your weekends entirely free. Key Responsibilities 1.

Clinical Care Delivery Diagnostic Intakes:

Perform thorough clinical intake examinations, mental health diagnostic reasoning, and risk assessments under

DSM-5-TR

standards.

Hybrid Psychotherapy:

Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapeutic protocols for local patients via in-person clinic visits and secure telehealth software.

Treatment Planning:

Create and maintain individualized treatment plans tailored to acute and chronic mental health conditions. 2.

Clinic Workflow & Documentation Contemporaneous Documentation:

Complete electronic clinical tracking notes and session documentation promptly to maintain uncompromised compliance.

Billing Integration:

Coordinate documentation to smoothly support our varied payment frameworks, including commercial insurance, cash-pay accounts, and CareCredit.

Collaborative Care:

Partner with internal or external physical medicine providers when necessary to align psychological interventions with holistic care. 3.

Practice Administration & Support Administrative Relief:

Focus entirely on your patients. Background operations, scheduling, billing processing, and insurance prior authorizations are fully executed by our office support staff.

Zero On-Call Burden:

Compensation & Flexible Tax Architecture Earning Potential:

Tax Customization:

Qualifications Licensure:

Provisional or associate licenses (PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT) do not meet independent requirements for this clinic role.

Education:

Master's degree or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Local Residency:

Must reside in the Springfield metropolitan area (or within a reliable commuting distance) to fulfill the on-site clinic shift requirements.
