Job Description

Job Summary Mindset Matters LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Licensed Therapist to join our growing private practice team. We offer a flexible work environment that allows clinicians to create a schedule that supports both professional success and work-life balance. While scheduling is flexible, availability for some afternoon and evening hours is preferred to meet client needs. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as needed. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted professional license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Experience working with a variety of client populations and presenting concerns. Must be comfortable and experienced working with children and adolescents. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
