  • Full-time Local Mental Health company seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals for
CST & IIH
programs Duties will include (not limited to)
  • Model treatment implements developmentally appropriate direct preventive and therapeutic intervention.
  • Provide case management services
  • Receive training on the family-centered approach, child behavior management techniques including discipline, the identification of strengths and skills in families and documentation requirements.
  • To provide the appropriate documentation for service delivery; including service plans and service notes as specified by Medicaid standards.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Meets requirements specified for a Qualified Professional and has a minimum of two years experience in child and adolescent mental health/substance abuse treatment services who must be actively involved in program development, implementation, and service delivery.
  • Qualified Professional are: Individual who holds a license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession EXCEPT a RN who is licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina by the NC Board of Nursing + 4 years of full-time, accumulated
MH/DD/SA
experience; OR MS/A in Human Services field + 1 year full-time post-graduate
MH/DD/SA
experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/1 year full-time post graduate supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling. OR BS/A in Human Services field + 2 years full-time post-bachelor
MH/DD/SA
experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/ 2 years full-time post-bachelor supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling. OR BS/A in non-Human Services field + 4 years full-time post-bachelor
MH/DD/SA
experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/ 4 years full-time post-bachelor supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
