Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults.
Position Summary:
The Outpatient Therapist delivers therapeutic services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines, collaborates with treatment teams, and ensures accurate documentation.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments. Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy. Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members. Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements. Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed.Education & Experience:
Required:
Master's degree in a human services field and licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent). Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted. This job description may be combined with another job description if there is not an adequate case load to sustain a full-time position. A minimum of a Master's Degree in a human service field and provisional or full licensure by the state of North Carolina is required. Therapists must meet the licensure and/or experience requirements as specified in the service description based on the person-served's needs.Benefits:
