Major Job Functions The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below. In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Provides diagnostic evaluations, individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy/psychoeducation to patients Provides crisis intervention as needed Evaluate and treat individuals with substance use disorders Prepares assessment and ongoing evaluation for further treatment Maintains proper contacts with agency/support systems of patients Participates in multidisciplinary treatment conferences and/or rounds Completes all required documentation fully and in a timely manner Performs supervision when needed or requested Engages in peer review activities to determine compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Submits billing information accurately and in a timely manner Participates in service line business/planning meetings Participates in service line marketing programs as needed Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:
