What You'll Do:
Provide, coordinate, and monitor a variety of direct care activities for the clients in our treatment environment. Develop, implement, and facilitate therapeutic activities consistent with the agency's Model of Care. You'll offer appropriate interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors. You will provide continuous monitoring of clients in crisis and report behaviors to therapeutic and medical staff. You will also participate in 1 to 1 monitoring of clients when deemed appropriate. A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates. Education and Experience High school diploma is required.
B.A./B.S.
in a related human service field is preferred. Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred. Ability to solve practical problems and address various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
