  • 160 per 3-Hour Group (1099 contractor) About the Position 1Eleven Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, engaging, and dependable Group Facilitator to join our team in Greensboro, NC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a behavioral health professional who enjoys working directly with clients and facilitating meaningful, structured groups in a supportive treatment environment.
Compensation:
$120
  • 160 per 3-hour group (1099 Contractor) , based on education, experience, and qualifications.
What You'll Do Facilitate engaging, structured behavioral health and/or recovery groups. Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients. Lead discussions and educational activities related to mental health, recovery, coping skills, life skills, and personal development. Encourage participation and promote positive communication and peer support. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality. Document group participation and services provided accurately and timely. Communicate client concerns and observations with the appropriate clinical team. Follow all company policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred. Previous experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health, mental health, or substance use setting preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to confidently lead a group and maintain a positive group environment. Compassionate, professional, and nonjudgmental approach. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Appropriate credentials or licensure preferred when applicable. Schedule Full-time evening position The ideal candidate must be available to facilitate 3-hour evening groups on a consistent basis. Compensation $120
  • 160 per 3-hour group 1099 Contractor Pay is based on qualifications, experience, education, and applicable credentials.
