Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic SAIOP Facilitator to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will lead and coordinate specialized programs designed to support individuals with mental health, substance use, and trauma-related challenges. Your expertise will foster a safe, therapeutic environment where clients can engage in meaningful treatment activities. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to crisis management and behavioral interventions. Duties Facilitate structured group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and family interventions aligned with program goals Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety during emergencies or behavioral escalations Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and HIPAA-compliant records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management and discharge planning Collect data for research purposes and ensure compliance with
ICD-9, ICD-10
coding standards for diagnoses and billing purposes Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or clinical counseling settings Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques and addiction counseling methods Expertise in child & family counseling, crisis management, and behavior management strategies Familiarity with hospital environments, home & community care settings, and PTSD care protocols Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems; proficient in medical terminology and records management Skilled in group therapy facilitation, social work principles, and behavioral health interventions Competent in crisis intervention tactics, trauma-informed care approaches, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques Join us as a SAIOP Facilitator to empower individuals on their journey toward recovery. Pay:
$23.03 - $30.74 per hour
