Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) to provide individual, family, and group therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting. The ideal candidate must have an active Maryland LGPC license , a master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field, and strong clinical documentation skills. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling Complete biopsychosocial assessments Develop treatment plans with measurable goals Provide evidence-based therapy interventions Complete progress notes and documentation within 24-48 hours Coordinate care with prescribers, PRP staff, case managers, and other providers Provide telehealth and in-person sessions in a HIPAA-compliant manner Requirements Active LGPC license in Maryland Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnosis Strong EHR and documentation skills Eligible for clinical supervision toward LCPC Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team Apply today to join a supportive outpatient mental health team serving clients in Hagerstown, Maryland Please send resume to: Josephd@ramidara.com or call 252-373-1917
