Full Job Description Hours:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday The Blanchard Institute is a family-centered behavioral health treatment center, specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. We are committed to delivering clinically sophisticated, evidence-based care while integrating the family system into the healing process. With a focus on whole-person wellness, same-day access to care, and long-term recovery outcomes, our work is rooted in compassion, integrity, and measurable impact for the individuals and families we serve. The Licensed Clinician (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC) is responsible for providing the full range of therapeutic interventions to clients in treatment. This shall include, but not be limited to assessment and treatment services, family/relationship services, group process, educational presentations, treatment planning and review, documentation of services and client response, concurrent reviews, discharge planning, and managed care contact as directed by designated staff. Licensed Clinicians (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC) complete and evaluate biopsychosocial assessments and other data, interview family members or third parties, and complete individualized initial treatment plans for clients entering treatment. Your day will include facilitating group and individual therapy, assessing client progress, conducting discharge planning and partnering with members of a treatment team. Licensed Clinicians (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC) may develop and present lectures and education presentations to clients and participate in QA activities. Licensed Clinicians (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC) must demonstrate the knowledge and professional skills necessary to provide clinical care for substance abuse and co-occurring substance abuse clientele, as well as be able to maintain high standards of excellence in an ethical and trauma-informed setting. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution required. At least one year's training and/or clinical experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in a behavioral health, mental health, or substance use disorder treatment setting preferred. Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities preferred. Prior work in residential, outpatient, or multidisciplinary treatment environments preferred. Current state licensure or licensure eligibility (e.g., LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent). Associate licensure considered Dual licensure or certification in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment is strongly preferred.
