Job Description
Job Summary Banisters Leadership Academy (BLA) is a leading statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating youth leadership through engaging, skill-based activities grounded in the 12 Pillars of Leadership framework. The Healthy Kids Movement (HKM) program is led by qualified contracted professionals, including school counselors, social workers, and provisionally or fully licensed mental health providers. Program days and times vary by county and may be scheduled after school, on weekday evenings, or on weekend afternoons or evenings. HKM facilitators work part-time as independent contractors (1099), with a minimal time commitment of one to two 30-minute sessions per month, plus planning time, and completing and submitting pre and post facilitation surveys. Candidates who are selected for consideration will receive an email and a HKM Introduction Document that includes a live link to an HKM Provider Interest Form. The Wellness Team reviews the Interest Forms received and selected candidates are invited to an informal meet & greet with the Wellness Team.
