Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Program Therapist, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will be providing psychosocial and diagnostic assessment, conducting psychotherapeutic sessions with patients, reviewing cases in peer supervision, collaborating with consulting physician and treatment team in the formation of treatment plans and discharge plans. Conduct therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals Reviews cases to assure quality of care and constantly seeks ways to improve internal and external customer satisfaction Collaborate with consulting physician and treatment team in the formation of comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans Completes assessments, progress notes, group notes and treatment plan updates in accordance with charting policy and procedures We are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements Job Requirements Master's Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work Must have an active license in state of practice - PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, PCMSW, CMSW, or CSW BLS (Basic Life Support) required Where You'll Work CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more.
