Claremont or Lebanon, NH Are you passionate about helping people in crisis? West Central Behavioral Health is growing our innovative Mobile Crisis Outreach program, providing rapid, community-based behavioral health support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our goal:
reach individuals experiencing a mental health crisis before it escalates to the point of hospitalization. We're currently hiring for a Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift, working as part of a two-person mobile team that responds directly to individuals, families, and community partners who need support outside of typical business hours. What You'll Do
  • Provide rapid response to crisis calls and face-to-face intervention requests
  • Conduct on-the-spot clinical assessments of complex behavioral health situations
  • Develop and implement appropriate crisis intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and community responders
  • Consult on and help facilitate Voluntary Inpatient Admissions, Partial Hospital Program referrals, Conditional Discharge Revocations, and Involuntary Emergency Admissions
  • Provide short-term crisis stabilization follow-up as needed
  • Partner closely with local police departments, EMS, Community Health Centers, and other community-based providers Who We're Looking For
  • Master's-level clinician (or actively enrolled in a relevant Master's program, with mobile crisis or mental health experience)
  • Sound clinical judgment under pressure and strong de-escalation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a two-person field team
  • Strong collaborator with law enforcement, EMS, and community partners
