Our programs serve adults with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring/dual diagnoses through Partial Care, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative leadership for addiction treatment services Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across applicable Partial Care, IOP, and OP programs Supervise, mentor, and support licensed and credentialed clinical staff Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation Maintain strong clinical, documentation, and treatment standards Support compliance with NJ DMHAS, Medicaid, managed care, and organizational requirements Participate in Quality Assurance and performance improvement initiatives Collaborate with clinical, medical, admissions, case management, and operations teams Support staff development, training, program growth, and clinical improvement Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement and treatment outcomes
Qualifications Required:
Active
NJ LCADC
Active NJ LCSW or LPC ACS and/or CCS credential Behavioral health and/or substance use treatment experience Strong clinical documentation, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Strongly Preferred:
Clinical leadership or supervisory experience Partial Care, IOP, and/or OP experience Experience with co-occurring/dual diagnosis populations Knowledge of
