$60,000•75,000 per year, based on experience Join Our Growing Adult Outpatient Program Unity Place is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled clinician to join our Adult Outpatient Program. This position provides individual, group, and family therapy to adults (18+) receiving treatment for eating disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and substance use disorders through our Partial Care (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. We're looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping individuals recover from eating disorders while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team. QualificationsRequired Active New Jersey LSW or LAC,LPC or LCSWC license in good standing Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services Experience providing psychotherapy to adults with mental health disorders Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention skills Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Preferred Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) credential, or completion of a recognized eating disorder training program with a commitment to obtaining the CEDS credential under clinical supervision Experience treating eating disorders and body image concerns Experience working in Partial Care (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), or Outpatient settings Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Experience facilitating individual, group, and family therapy Training in CBT-E, CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Family-Based Treatment (FBT), or other evidence-based treatment modalities Knowledge of New Jersey behavioral health documentation and regulatory standards Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults receiving eating disorder treatment Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate Conduct crisis assessments and implement appropriate interventions when necessary Collaborate with psychiatrists, registered dietitians, medical providers, nurses, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations Educate clients and families on treatment goals, recovery, relapse prevention, and available community resources Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements and Unity Place policies Why Join Unity Place?
