Job Description

We are a leading counseling agency seeking a motivated and experienced Part time Licensed Clinician to join our team. As a Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients through in-person sessions here in our Sewell office. •
FREE SUPERVISION AVAILABLE FOR
LSWs & LACs Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling to individuals using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care to clients. Attend regular team meetings and participate in clinical supervision to ensure high-quality and ethical practice. Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations and state licensing requirements.
Requirements :
Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or closely related field required. Active license to practice independently in the state of New Jersey. Clinical experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
