The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents, and their parents, and will be available to work in-person in the Wyckoff office. This role involves developing treatment plans and delivering therapeutic interventions. The LPC or LCSW will work collaboratively with clients to promote their well-being and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical counseling and support to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and treatment documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the mental health field. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution. Current New Jersey state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience working with children and their caregivers is preferred. Additional certification in couples work or family systems therapy preferred. Proficient in managing the clinical documentation processes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
