About Us Vine and Branch Behavioral Health is a growing behavioral health agency dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered services to individuals and families throughout Southern New Mexico. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to serve as the Clinical Director for our agency and provide clinical oversight of our Comprehensive Community Support Services program. Comprehensive Community Support Services Certification Required Applicants must already possess a current Comprehensive Community Support Services certification . This certification is a mandatory requirement for the position. Applicants who have not completed the required Comprehensive Community Support Services training and certification will not be considered. Position Responsibilities Serve as the Clinical Director for the agency. Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Comprehensive Community Support Services program. Supervise paraprofessional Comprehensive Community Support Services staff. Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, service plans, assessments, and progress notes. Ensure paraprofessional staff provide services within their authorized scope and in accordance with agency policies. Provide ongoing clinical guidance, case consultation, and support to Comprehensive Community Support Services staff. Conduct individual and group supervision as required. Assist staff with complex cases, client safety concerns, and clinical decision-making. Monitor documentation quality, timeliness, medical necessity, and compliance. Ensure services meet New Mexico Medicaid, managed care organization, licensing, and agency requirements. Assist with the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. Support staff training, performance improvement, and corrective action when necessary. Participate in quality assurance, chart reviews, audits, and compliance activities. Coordinate care with healthcare providers, behavioral health professionals, community organizations, and other members of the client's treatment team. Assist with assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and clinical recommendations when required. Help maintain a professional, ethical, and client-centered clinical environment. Required Qualifications Active New Mexico LCSW or LPCC license in good standing. Current Comprehensive Community Support Services certification. Experience supervising clinical staff or behavioral health paraprofessionals. Knowledge of New Mexico Medicaid behavioral health requirements. Strong understanding of clinical documentation, medical necessity, treatment planning, and compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to provide clear direction while maintaining a supportive working relationship with staff. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience serving as a Clinical Director or clinical supervisor. Experience overseeing a Comprehensive Community Support Services program. Experience working with Medicaid populations and underserved communities.
