  • Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $30.00, Stipend (Lodging $672.00 + M&I $413.00) = $1,085.00,

  • Mental Health Clinician Duties & Responsibilities:
  • + Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments.

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

+ Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral health support.

+ Assess and respond to suicide risk, self-harm, psychiatric symptoms, and behavioral emergencies.

+ Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and correctional staff to coordinate care.

+ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

+ Provide referrals, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care support as needed.

+ Follow all facility, confidentiality, safety, and security requirements.

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + Current, valid, active, and unrestricted New Mexico license as an LCPC, LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LAC, or LSW.

+ Clean license verification / Primary Source Verification (PSV) in good standing.

+ Relevant mental health, counseling, social work, or behavioral health experience.

+ Correctional experience preferred; candidates with inpatient, psychiatric, crisis management, or crisis stabilization experience will also be considered.

+ Current EBLS and CPR certification.

+ Current TB test.

+ Successful completion of drug screen and background check.

+ Current resume documenting education, licensure, certifications, and relevant experience.
