This opportunity is designed for behavioral health professionals who want a meaningful caseload, professional autonomy and strong earning potential within a school-day schedule.
What makes the model different:
Approximately 25-30 professional hours per week Established caseload of approximately 35 students Combination of group and individual behavioral health services Monday-Friday school schedule with no weekends Clinical supervision provided Fee-for-service earning potential up to $12,800+/month with an optimized caseload A 35-student caseload does not mean 35 traditional hour-long individual sessions each week. The model uses clinically appropriate group and individual services to serve students efficiently. Qualifications Candidates may qualify with a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or another qualifying behavioral health discipline, or with an applicable professional license. Eligibility varies by state. Compensation This is a fee-for-service opportunity , not guaranteed hourly or salaried employment. Compensation is based on eligible clinical services actually provided and properly documented according to the applicable fee schedule. Actual earnings vary.
