Our Online Sales Consultant opportunity offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your digital communication talents into a meaningful career in residential new home sales. As an Online Sales Consultant, you'll serve as the critical first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, transforming inquiries into appointments and helping families take their first steps toward homeownership. You'll guide potential buyers through preliminary product identification, ultimately connecting them with our community sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and persuasively to all leads from phone calls, emails, social media, and live chat Match buyers with suitable home options based on their needs, wants, and timelines. Schedule appointments between interested prospects and on-site sales representatives Maintain detailed database records with customer information and interaction notes Track and report conversion statistics to optimize lead management Build relationships with real estate brokers and coordinate presentations Support community sales representatives during special events and grand openings
What You Bring:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Active local Real Estate license 1-3 years of sales experience using digital communication channels Homebuilding industry or online sales experience (preferred). Timeshare, or online car sales a plus Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Internet tools, Microsoft Office, and customer relationship management software Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Customer-centric approach to problem-solving Proven ability to overcome sales objections Action-oriented mindset focused on converting leads to appointments
Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to move about work location. Ability to drive/travel locally approximately 10% of the time Ability to walk up and down stairs. Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand. Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio). Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales). Position is located on-site at the KB Home Division Office. #
