Full Time Bilingual Spanish/English Mental Health Clinician - On Site Bay Shore Office

Hispanic Counseling Center is currently seeking a highly motivated/dedicated Full Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinician to join our multidisciplinary clinical treatment team in the Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Services (MHOTRS) Program. Responsibilities Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions in the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic. Facilitate psychoeducational groups for clients. Complete clinical assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and on time. Meet all deadlines for documentation and paperwork requirements. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical treatment team. Requirements LMSW, LCSW, LCAT, LMFT or LMHC (required). Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required); excellent written and verbal communication in both languages preferred. On-site work at the agency (required). 3-5 years of experience in a Mental Health Outpatient clinic (preferred). Experience working with multicultural populations (preferred). Strong computer skills; familiarity with EMR/EHR (e.g., Accumed) and telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Doxy.me) (preferred). Knowledge of NYS/OMH Article 31 and Medicaid regulations (preferred).
