We are seeking an LMHC, LCSW or LMSW to join our outpatient clinical team and make a meaningful difference in the Western New York Community. This flexible position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding clinical career while maintaining a healthy balance outside of work. 37.5 hours per week, Fridays ending at 1:00 p.m., no weekends, 13 paid holidays each year, generous PTO, and an excellent benefits package. What you'll do: Provide individual, family and group therapy based on each client's needs Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team Connect clients with additional services and community resources What we're looking for: Active New York State LMHC, LCSW or LMSW license Experience providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy Strong communication, documentation and time-management skills A compassionate, client-centered approach A commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care Why Harmonia?
