FULL-TIME
position; $66,000-$85,000 starting salary Candidate would have to preferably live in Dutchess County, NY Full-time position comes with a generous benefit package including health insurance, (medical, free dental and free vision ), retirement (matching 3%; 401K), sick and vacation accruals, and college education/loan reimbursement! Company car provided with personal use allowed, company pays for all maintenance, gas and repairs. Assesses, diagnose and provide comprehensive psychotherapy treatment using a variety of modalities including Psychodynamics, Behavior Modification, Psycho-educational and supportive therapy and Evidence Based therapy Providing psychotherapy to individuals with a variety of conditions including Autism/neurodivergency, anxiety, depression, impulse control and personality disorders Mixed and diverse caseload! Voluntary clients who will be treated in the community; Commercial or mandated patients will be treated in our modern office in Poughkeepsie, NY Bring your own patients to our practice! No crisis counseling or mandated clients Maintaining patient files by inputting intakes, assessments and progress notes on a timely basis Facilitating individual psychotherapy Licensure required: New York State Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Limited Permit holders are eligible for this position) Clinical supervision provided Candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work independently Fixed caseload, no more working excessively and off company time to complete your work Bonus pay/Overage pay! We are looking for independent professionals who are interested in providing an excellent quality of care to our patients in return for a fair and enhanced rate of reimbursement!
